Meet The Team
Robert Oliphant
CEO
Rob began his career at IBM UK and BMC UK, after which he moved into sales and general management at BMC APAC where he was responsible for revenue and organisational support across the region. Ensuing, Rob held GM positions in sales leadership, marketing and product development, aiding businesses in their expansion proposals.
Following this, Rob relocated back to Europe as VP of international operations for NA companies based in Texas and San Francisco. He is now the CEO and President at
V-Sub and prides himself on the services that we can offer others, applying his acquired industry knowledge from working in EMEA, APAC and North America.
Michael Clarke
CFO
Mike has previously held senior accounting positions for a period of over 6 years upon becoming a qualified accountant in 1998, excelling through his performance to become financial director until 2004 where he became the CFO for V-Sub.
He has over 20 years of experience working for North American technology companies such as BEA systems, Dun and Bradstreet software, as well as obtaining an honours degree in History from the University of London.
Sophie Charles
Marketing Controller
Sophie achieved a First-Class Honors degree at Nottingham University Business School where she studied International Business and Commerce.
She has overseen countless American companies successfully expand into the UK and Europe over a period of 10 years here at V-Sub, starting as an intern over 9 years ago to now running all marketing operations in her position as marketing controller.
Kirsty Buckland
Controller of Accounting Operations
Kirsty began her training in accountancy in 2001, advancing from assistant accountant to the director of accounting here at V-Sub which she has held for the past 14 years.
She has over 15 years of experience with US based software companies and is the day to day controller for the company.
Amy Bogost
Of Counsel
Amy Blumenfeld Bogost has been practicing law since 1989 when she began as a civil rights attorney working in the areas of criminal defence and Section 1983 federal lawsuits. She continued her work in civil law in Seattle, Washington and California before settling in Madison, Wisconsin.
Amy holds a Juris Doctorate from Chicago Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin. Amy is a member of the California, Washington and Wisconsin Bars.
Kaitlin OBrien
Marketing Lead
Kaitlin received her Honours Degree in Psychology in 2019.
She is now our Marketing Manager responsible for the social media management for V-Sub (including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and coordinating marketing & sales tasks.
Charlotte Lewis Miles
International Accounts Payable
Charlotte has been with V-Sub over two years and in this time she has delivered a 5* service to our clients.
She is responsible for processing purchase invoices and sales invoices, also involved in payroll management and reconciliations.
Chloe Baker
Financial Marketing
Having 5+ years of experience with V-Sub, Chloe has helped in assisting countless American companies in successfully and efficiently expanding subsidiaries into the UK/Europe.
She started as an intern for the organisation in 2015 and has shown her brilliant marketing abilities through her work, moving up the ladder to become the financial marketing executive for V-Sub.
